Cidrus Technologies provides cross-platform application development, UI/UX design, growth consulting, and business solutions. All services are provided on a project basis with agreed specifications and timelines.
Project scope will be clearly defined in the project proposal. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a 50% advance payment before commencement and the balance upon completion.
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the deliverables created specifically for their project. Cidrus retains rights to general methodologies and pre-existing intellectual property.
